Romelu Lukaku

The good thing for United is he won't fold under the inevitable ton of pressure that now gets piled onto his shoulders over the coming week. He was subject to laughable levels of criticism here and would always end up back in the goals soon enough.

Predictable. Slots a crucial goal again today and was unlucky not to get an assist, due to the Martial open goal miss. Didn't shy away from anything despite utterly insane levels of criticism. This is how he'll get back into form and it'll quieten down again as it always does.

United still 3 points clear of third and 7 clear of Liverpool another round of fixtures on, after finishing 6th last season. Fallen to bits since we had them off, clearly.

Was thinking that and have mentioned it before - Ibrahimovic deeper as the link player and Lukaku on the shoulder. Playing to both strengths.

But realistically I think if you play two up top against very good opposition then they break your midfield with the extra man.

Ibra isn't playing deeper for anyone, he didn't for Cavani at Paris when it was mooted and he won't for Lukaku either.

I don't think they'd work as a front two.

Rom turned up, didn't really celebrate, but United fans seem to hate him a bit less last night. To be fair to him, he was one of their better players, even though they totally didn't deserve that win and they're lucky they have that beast De Gea in goal.

Obvious sitter was obvious. I can't quite believe he actually missed that. There was another one later as well. And Lingard fell over in the box lol

Was a sulking child at Chelsea, same at Everton and it' starting at United already, just a all around horrible human being, genuinely hope he gets more abuse at Goodison then any player in the history of booing

Is it an assist when the keeper saves and someone gets the rebound ? I know it is in fantasy football but in the real world.

He didn't actually pass the ball to Martial.
