He's in between the extremes on here. At the end of the day he has scored the same league goals as Rooney, who hasn't even played up front. For 75m that isn't good enough.

As mad as it sounds, as Ibra is class, I'd rather he was playing against us than Rashford and Martial.
Their pace against Jags, Keane or Williams is a mis match.

He consistently scores 20-odd goals a season and was 23/24 shen United signed him. He's going to cost anyone an arm and a leg. He also converts chances when you give them to him. This is exactly what we need when creativity isn't exactly at record highs.

I'm afraid we're going to have to spend an insane amount of money to get anything close to as good as Lukaku, and/or get ridiculously lucky.

I'm more worried about Martial than anyone else. He's their biggest attacking threat.

Besides Rooney and Niasse, think of how much you'd have to pay their clubs for them. Comfortably upwards of half a billion for all of them together.

He walks into every Everton team since the last title winning side 30 years ago.
