Ronald Koeman discussion

So much absolute wham in here tonight it's unreal.

I'm absolutely gutted we are out for another year. Really really sad.

But I'm absolutely delighted to hear our manager call out the board and put pressure onto them for the first time in my lifetime. This should be enough to get people behind him.

Over to you Mosh. You talk the talk now back Ronald with quality. Ronald will take care of the stack of deadwood.

IKWT

or they back him with 4-5 new players making it 9 and he still gives us boring awful football

Which of the top 6 should we be ahead of, in your opinion ?

We should be much closer to them, we are 9 points from 6th - we are only a point ahead of West Brom!! Defeats to Burnley, Bournemouth, Watford in the league, Norwich at home in the league cup, drawing with the bottom club Hull, we should be doing better.

Saint. What evidence do you have he thinks he's too good for us?

More of a response to those saying he'll walk. Tbh his press comments having a go at Barkley, the quality of the playing squad, now the board, are starting to annoy me. He needs to take responsibility for what is turning into a poor season. For what we are paying him and the opportunity he has I expect a bit more class from the Everton mansger both on and off the pitch.

Bainsey and Seamus would walk into any team in the PL... and super Kev would push hard.
Honestly, it's not the quality of players in our first team that's an issue; it's the depth in the squad which needs tweaking this window

Behave lad. Them full backs wouldn't at all.
Kev can't get a consistent run in our team for gods sake.
Anyway I said top six not any p l team .

The squad are losers. They've had it engrained into them, we need to get shut. Barkley doesn't look like he'll ever be a consistent performer.

i've warmed to him a bit more today, realised it's more of the players' fault. They're not really doing what he's expecting it seems, hence the questioning of no pressing. I've warmed to him more because of his brute honesty though, for all martinez' flaws, his over-positivity was the worst because he'd fail to address the weaknesses. Koeman's not going to let that happen, he'll let people know straight if we're failing and that's what we did in the summer and have to rectify it now for next season.

Where exactly do you expect us to be with the squad of gutless no hopers we have?

There's 6 million reasons a year he should thank his stars he's here. Seriously, he doesn't have the managerial reputation in the game to be thinking he's too good for us. If he walked Moshiri would just grease the palm of a good manager somewhere else, there would be no shortage of takers for a prem job with the prospects we have.

Until the promises of major signings are delivered by the board, those prospects you speak of are simply fantasy. It's up to the board now to prove their ambition - we're going nowhere with this squad.
