It's 100% on the players for me. This is the third season in a row they've been woeful. I don't think they're underperforming at all, I think they're just a crap side & this is their level. They aren't good enough for Everton football club at any rate. The manager is the best we could get at the time and I have faith in him to build a quality side here if he's given the funds to do so and the bed wetters don't force him out.
I think he needs at least till this time next year. Would hate to turn into a club who have a new manager every few months.
