Give him time to make it his team. That lot down the East Lancs did alright sticking by Ferguson, and he had not won much as a player, had he?
This season is not looking fab. But the wheels could fall off the wagon of one of the top 6. So, live in Hope (a small town just south of despondency). None better would come. He should be able to do it. Damn painful right now though,

So why are we so underperforming? The part-time manager or players who are just not up for it? 50/50 for me.

It's 100% on the players for me. This is the third season in a row they've been woeful. I don't think they're underperforming at all, I think they're just a crap side & this is their level. They aren't good enough for Everton football club at any rate. The manager is the best we could get at the time and I have faith in him to build a quality side here if he's given the funds to do so and the bed wetters don't force him out.

I think 1-3 players are enough. And if nothing changes, RK should be sacked at the end of this season.
Cant build up a form of team and even the players and fans lost the confidence...

I think he needs at least till this time next year. Would hate to turn into a club who have a new manager every few months.

The team we are 9 points behind have spent £250m on players in two seasons. Have a look at their team compared to ours.

People think we can compete with them next year because we can spend 100 mill. They're paying 100 mill for one player....
