Really no excuse for the squad not being ready. He even said Southampton, at this stage last year, were "at 100%" but we are currently "at 70%". What's the reasoning for that? We're going to get absolutely dry bummed on Saturday.

Pssoibly compounded by having a lot of the players on extended breaks before pre - season, not having anywhere near the new bodies in he wanted, and a pre season schedule that lets face it was a bit of a shambles (organised by the last bloke)

I reckon Koeman and the coaches should lock all the players in an indoor training area and just wreck them with paintball guns.

The faster you run, the less likely you are to get hit.

Fitness levels would rise quite quickly, I would think.

Still cannot believe a top class keeper hasn't been brought in, abysmal that from all involved.

Reckon we'll see an hour of Deulofeu on Saturday and then Kone from the bench. Spurs must be made up.
