Lookman had faded out the game and was struggling when they were pushing on in the second half. Took him off at just the right time, none of this leaving it til 75 minutes. In-game management 101 from our little ginger legend of football.

The fact is that we're in brilliant form and Koeman has players like Ross and Rom playing as well as they've ever played.

Possibly could have come off earlier yeah, but Davies coming on as legs in midfield worked a treat. There was a period when we couldn't get the ball off them, and the game was passing Lookman by at that point so I think he got it right taking him off.

we will still have our downs with him, we'll lose a match or two this season but it's important to stress just how much we've improved with him.

I was very, very doubtful when we got him, but he's completely convinced me he's the right man for the job. We are getting there.

We can get europe this season.

I was pleased that about 5 minutes after their 2nd goal that collectively the side sort of drew a deep breath, and just calmed the thing down. Kept the ball for a bit, it slowed the match down, and took the sting away.
