Ronald Koeman discussion

Because we had a dreadful past two seasons and the competition is fierce. Spurs are now a top four side. We saw the dross of previous years and it will take time to rebuild Everton Athletic.
He gets top five next season or he slings his hook. £6m per year to do what Moyes did? Pfffft.

I cant see what I've side stepped. As for Koeman so far I've called it right: he's a steady Eddie type. He'll have us top half and tough to beat with perfunctory high energy football.

Reminds me of someone else who we felt was holding us back.
You've gone from poor to steady.
Then called him Moyes Mk II

Like I said: changed tack and side stepped.

Though you are allowed to change your opinion

Nope. Consistent. Position wise we've been there or thereabouts all season and I thought top half was well within reason for him. Performance wise, until very recently, he's served up muck.

So Koeman in his EPL time did better at Southampton in the same league than Martinez did at Everton. Can you chart that out for us? Because wins, losses, and draws produces these amazing things called facts.

A partial season rating, so not relevant in comparison to the others, yet.

I'm all for judging RK at the end of the year. I've said this before, but improvement is all I'm after.

I agree mate, end of season is when to decide about him.
There are pros and cons about what he's done so far but, every new manager would have them.
