I don't advocate sacking people early but I think even waiting till after Christmas could be too long if we're out of cups/nowhere in the league.

Moshiri waited to sack martinez until we lost the fa semi when a change could have been pivotal, he head-hunted koeman as his number 1 choice, no chance he will do anything early mate, it would take an absolutely shocking season up till Christmas for him even to think about it sadly
