Ronald Koeman discussion

The main issue there is no lukaku or indeed any striker at all to solve the most pressing issue so I could see us seriously struggling the next few games as well

The money we've spent and you've managed to construct the slowest, least attacking team going.

It's a real worry mate isn't it. We can see it, the pundits have picked up on it and I'm sure opposition teams are very aware of it.

Back to front there's little to no pace but more alarmingly is that players just don't set themselves to receive the ball at any moment. Morgan and Idrissa are criminally bad at this where they lay a pass off as if it's job done but don't move into space to give the man in possession an option. Rooney was like that today, Baines has been like that for far too long.

I would hope that Klassen would help with this and be able to knit things together with Sandro but he's not getting in the team.

It's all very disjointed and our recruitment doesn't look so good in hindsight does it.

Not getting that striker will cost us big. That's on the board/Bill/Walsh/Moshiri

That is a disgrace.

It's very worrying that we haven't picked up at least a point from the last few games, and it's a disgrace how bad the displays were in the 3 . games previous to today.

Now we have to grind out four results. The confidence has to come back and quickly.

People are skipping that first bit and think by sacking koeman a new manager will be like Houdini and score us the goals

I think we'll get through it mate but you've got 6th place UTD from last season now with Lukaku, Rashford, Martial as their front 3 with the likes of Lindegaard, Fellaini who can do a job with Zlatan still to come back in January and then we have

erm

It's a bit of a losing battle.

I said awhile back that it was too early for bed wetting.Well i think we can start the bed wetting now!All that money spent in the summer for three consecutive hammerings in a week. All that money spent to be in the bottom three. We have serious problems here.Thankfully we have an easier (although easier is a word i use lightly considering the shambles we are in a moment) run of games coming up.We better see a massive upturn in results and performances from now on.I'll be honest here this evening was my version of the second leg of that Dynamo Kiev match. That was the night i lost my faith in Martinez.

My faith in Ronald Koemans ability to bring us back to the big time has taken a massive hit after the past week.Sure even if we do sack him, who would go near us?Didn't we spend a lot of money in the summer to turn ourselves into a pitiful shambles of an outfit. We have serious problems. This goes beyond new players trying to settle into the team imo.

Is this a good time to point out Everton have played Man City, Chelsea, Spurs and Man United in the first 5 games of the season? Or too soon? Today's game was very encouraging and the scoreline flattered United.
