I can never fathom how 40,000 fans in a stadium and many more at home can watch a game and see obvious flaws, yet the man in charge is blind to them (or just stubborn).

We had it with Martinez and his total refusal to budge from his "possession at all costs" and we have it with Koeman with his reluctance to introduce any pace and directness and negative game plans against weak opposition.
