Ronald Koeman discussion

I expect his peculiarly oversized bonce to be handed over in a basket by morning (figuratively speaking of course, I don't expect ACTUAL decapitation). Just get rid now. Why pussyfoot around. He's clearly lost the fans and he's defo lost the players. The only reason we fought back tonight was cos that 'kin neanderthal Williams, decided to show the first bit of passion he's shown since he's been here, and got the crowd all riled up. They didn't, and they don't, fight for Koeman. Sunday doesn't matter right now. We can stick Unsworth and Ferguson in charge for that. Get him out now and go get someone who knows what the hell they are doing.

I can’t believe there’s still people defending him and the whole thing really.

I don’t know if it’s blind hope or whatever, but tonight was slightly better, but it was just blood and effort. No plan. Nothing.

Let’s just lob all the forwards on and hop for the best every game.

It’s pathetic.
Once Schneiderlin came off, we really lost our way. He started making arbitrary subs at that point.

I didn't mind the line-up tonight or the subs. I think tonight was essentially out of his hands.

BUT I still want him gone because even with an okay line-up it's still not working. We need to reset and freshen things up.

Those subs made me think he knew he was getting the sack if he didn't get some sort of result tonight. Ultra attacking subs which he never does and it just felt like utter desperation from him. Don't see how anyone can back him. Why wait, just sack him now.

I think he will be given til Christmas even though the writing is on the wall. It's going to be a loooong season (which I will watch little of...until the relegation dogfight in April/ May might pique my interest).
What a disappointing season thus far; especially so after the summer transfer optimism.
Everton that...

One of the many problems mounting now is that we seem to have got into this bad habit of conceding silly goals and in turn losing games. It's amazing what a few results can do to boost a team, but there is this nagging feeling at the back of my mind now that if we don't break this losers habit soon then we really could get dragged into a relegation fight.

The players confidence being rock bottom is also being magnified on a grand stage as well, their heads seem to drop with every misplaced pass and watching them slump after conceding is deflating for the fans as well.

Koeman looks a broken man, it's eerie how reminiscent of Martinez' final months this has become.

I don't see any other option but to part ways, and much sooner rather than later, so the next manager can come in and try and fix the mess we are in.

As my dad tells me on a regular basis, its the hope that kills you :(
