At this point I dont think we should offer him a contract extension, let him see out the next 18months and take it from there.

Because there's 2 possibilities.

1) he's signed the players who are appalling.
2) Koeman signed the players who are appalling. Therefore Walsh does zero.

It's not even November and all the original ambitions for the season are gone. It's scary that the only thing we're battling for now is to avoid relegation.
