Any self-respecting club with even an ounce of ambition would have shown him the door weeks ago.
He has no right to be at a club like Everton. He's just not good enough.
Any self-respecting manager would have fallen their sword by now, but if he won't do it then the board should give him a helping hand.

I don't agree with him on certain things

But he is a decent man who does not deserve to be put through the ringer by the fans like Martinez was.

The club must act quick and dignified to ensure that all parties can move on quickly.
