Ronald Koeman discussion

I don't support Koeman I support Everton, and giving a manager a reasonable amount of time to prove himself seems sensible. Even if he does fail there are far better options than Moyes returning.
But you believe giving him a reasonable amount of time includes shipping out the entire squad to be replaced by another one?

Cant agree with you at all there.
A fully fit Cahill & younger Jags would fit right in his ethos.
Lol he would never have got either of those firing. Face facts they were both limited footballers who happened to be drilled the right way. Koeman brings nothing at all least of all hard work and discipline. He very often doesn't take training so how is he going to get his message across consistently.

I was mate but I've seen Man Utd tread water since he left which kind of gets him off the hook there.

I've seen us have two frauds as managers both of whom now make moyes look like a paragon of virtue and integrity. We have seen consecutive humiliations at the hands of the rs and the worst performance I have ever seen from an Everton side against Chelski.

The moyes years now appear as some kind of golden age whether we like it or not.
Worse than the 7-0 and 6-1 vs arsenal under moyes...oh and the 1-4 against West Brom...hmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm

I have no doubt you would have been calling for moyes head every couple of months

Mate he was here 11 long years. We've seen 4-0 hammerings at the hands of the rs in consecutive years plus the worst performance ever seen against chelski. Moyes had the occasional blip but he steadied the ship instantly in most cases.

Koeman however needs to spend 150m before he can arrest the decline????

I was always told..."When your in a hole , stop digging"....blimey.

If that's what it takes I wouldn't shed any tears. Clearly you've already decided you want him out which is fair enough. I will be a bit more patient.
I don't believe the idea that the squad needs replacing is a reasonable one because I don't believe that's the real issue. its being used by people to hide behind the truth which is koeman is not getting what he can out of the current bunch.

Look Moyes was the right manager at the right time for us. But in 11 years he won nothing . Had we had any ambition we'd have binned him after 7. In the end he binned us and skipped off like a giggling schoolgirl to United. Goodbye and good riddance. I realise you dislike Koeman but move on from the comfort blanket of Moyes for gods sake.

Here's the thing though mate, if the players we have can't play that way, then he should set - up in a way that they can play. Lukaku can't play on his own up front, so stick someone up there with him, at the end of the day Koeman is being paid £6m a year to figure all this out.
The problem with playing 2 up top is it leaves Barry exposed due to his lack of mobility

Koeman is a fraud like Martinez was a fraud. That's not something you could accuse Moyes of being. What you saw is what you got. His running down of his contract was disgraceful but you could point to Kenwrights lack of ambition for the club as being a prime driver in his actions.
