Do you think they would consider Pochettino or is he not a big enough name or too Espanyol for them?
I think the Asspanyol factor is an issue but it's irrelevant since the next coach will no doubt be Xavi

Gutted.Fortunately Bartomeu is gone, so not likely
Ok I meant as it relates to where he plays football.Of course he does, even if he ultimately leaves Barca remains his club and it's future will be important to him as he has said many times
Messi is going I think. He's done with having to be Messi. I think he wants to go somewhere and just be able to play football. For Barcelona and Argentina he has to do more than that.
Even carrying the entire team at City would not be the same as having to do it for Barcelona.I don't think that being Messi is escapable at, say, City.
I do think he'd have to shoulder less of the load, and I suspect that he knows he needs that as he ages. Having de Bruyne carrying some of the creative burden would improve his day-to-day experience dramatically. I'd imagine he'd also enjoy working with Aguero when healthy.
If Man City sign messi it would be great for the premier league, I doubt it will be great for Man City’s pursuit of trophies. It would feel like the “Beckham on tour” period when he went a plied his trade around the world to increase his brandEven carrying the entire team at City would not be the same as having to do it for Barcelona.
Messi is still Messi to some extent. His level may have slipped a slight bit but that just means he isn't clearly the best in the world anymore. If Man City sign messi it would be great for the premier league, I doubt it will be great for Man City’s pursuit of trophies. I mean, that's just not right, no? And not having a go at you but Messi will NEVER go somewhere and not have to "be Messi". He's very arguably the greatest player of all time. He's always going to have that weight of "being Messi" on him, no?Messi is going I think. He's done with having to be Messi. I think he wants to go somewhere and just be able to play football. “Being Messi” carries outrageous expectation. He’s expected to win La Liga and the Champions League and the World Cup no matter what pack of bang average teammates or moon-faced clown pants manager he’s given. And any time his teams come up short he gets a ridiculous amount of stick. That’s the part he is tired of.I mean, that's just not right, no?
