Who’s next for us to welcome with a fanfare, build up after a good first season then hound out the club when progress stalls for a few months?

Please, relegation come to us soon. Rid us of the Tyne infestation. Send them back to NFL and WWE.

Chico if we got relegated we would never ever come back so that's a no no!

Not getting a striker in was the biggest blunder and for which Walsh for me HAS to take the responsibility. The board had to take the responsibility for selling our biggest asset before having a replacement lined up.

The reason I have a cheeky feeling about Moyes is cos Kenwright loved him. And he may feel he is a man who knows this club better and knows how to organise a team. Not that I want him at Everton. I honestly am lost at where we go from here. The bubble of expectancy has burst and the toxic acid is now falling.

Keep saying it was insanity not getting a top forward in when all knew lukaku was off for over a year. He was gone no matter what waffle himself and agent were feeding club. What did they expect. Dcl to score enough goals to challenge for wurope. Laughable comment by moshiri when he said he expected top 6.Manager and staff and board were all to blame on this.

You sure Bryan? Don't know how up to date it is for Koeman like.

Exactly. The new manager has the same problems unless he's magic.

Putting aside wee jokey jokes, do you disagree with the sacking of Koeman?

Ancelotti is a world class manager. Very few of them in world football. It's madness to turn our noses up imo.

He's not right for us though mate, so regardless of his standing in the game it wouldn't be a wise appointment

We need a manager with a long term plan who can make something out of the players we already have

Ancelotti is a manager who does best when walking into an already established team

I'm not sure he'd be capable of doing it if he inherited this current Everton side, and I also don't think he'd commit to developing the players we already have. He'd want the cheque book opened and he'd want to spend

As a fan base we can sometimes get star struck by "big names", even if they aren't what we need

It's worth going for a less "showbiz" manager if he's prepared to push the youth and make use of the existing resources

Is it not better to "turn one's nose up" as opposed to getting the wrong man because we're star struck?
