Never doubted that but does it do any harm to make a wee suggestion and put this debacle behind us? Or is it because you want to keep posting??

Think that’s exactly what it suggests, if anything. One worrying element is that the sacking seems to have been handled strangely. Koeman turns up expecting to take charge on Wednesday. BBC informed by the club that that's the case. Then Elstone et al turn up at Finch Farm unannounced and hook him. Doesn't suggest there'll be anyone in mind for the foreseeable. I'd be happy with an experienced interim until the end of the season, the way Chelsea have done in the past. Hiddink would be one, for example. Just hope we keep our eyes on the long-term.

The sudden change of tack could easily imply that they’ve suddenly had positive noises from someone good enough to shift the planned timeline for
No idea if it’s right, but it would make sense, since everyone - Sky, BBC, even Koeman himself (who presumably would have spoken to BK/FM yesterday?) - seemed to think he would still be in charge for Chelsea and Leicester. Now that could be a real possibility. Moshiri may have been chatting to some one after all he holds the reins.

Then suddenly early afternoon Kenwright and Elstone rock up and tell him he’s off.
What changed/happened in those few hours?
It's all what ifs, but the thing I'm most annoyed about and it's not Koemans fault, we made Lukaku's sale to Utd to easy for them, we should have demanded more money or a striker in with the deal (not Rooney) if they weren't happy tell them to buy elsewhere. I don't know if we showed we wanted Rooney so much, if that was the case Rooney shouldn't have been connected at all with the Lukaku sale. We should have demanded Rashford or Marcial, people said we always get top money for our players well we did t for Lukaku IMO he was worth £30 million more.I do have a bit of sympathy for Koeman. The failure to sign a replacement for Lukaku was what sunk his reign as Everton manager. If we had a proper striker to score the goals since August, then i think things could have been different for Koeman imo.
