Regarding Mata's wages, the newspaper reports that I have read report his wage at about 140k per week, which is a lot. But if Koeman is on 7 million pound a year then his wages must be about 135k per week, so maybe a 140k wage for a top player isn't out of the question?

I have always thought the manager should be on more then the players, we only have one manager, but plenty of players. If Mata or Rooney came here they would I hope take a real drop in money, even with Moshiri the income we have is buttons compaed to a global side like United, can't expect us to pay that but at least they will get a game here.
