Hope Koeman sticks with the suits and smart coats. Can't stand a manager who wears club tracksuits, especially when they're carrying a bit of beef like Ronnie.

He was talking about going from 4-2-3-1, to 4-4-2, to 3-5-2. It really impressed me his reasonings. It impressed me even more when they looked at the goals they conceded and he basically pointed out who was in the wrong and how they worked on it for the next game.

Pure honesty about errors his team was making. Like i said it impressed me.

Would not be my first choice but he's got the job, he has a brain making him brighter than his predecessor so its up to each and every one of us to welcome him to Goodison, make him realise how great our club is underlining how big his task is. Here is hoping that this sleeping giant awakes and takes the Premiership by storm using a manager who never says phenomenal when they really mean crap.
