He was talking about going from 4-2-3-1, to 4-4-2, to 3-5-2. It really impressed me his reasonings. It impressed me even more when they looked at the goals they conceded and he basically pointed out who was in the wrong and how they worked on it for the next game.

Pure honesty about errors his team was making. Like i said it impressed me.

Sounds very good. The goals that Everton tended to concede over the past two season were often of the poorest type (in terms of not having to make the opposition work too hard to score a goal), lots of unmarked headers, close range finishes, defensive lapses....and nothing was ever done to prevent them next game.......and good old 4-2-3-1 no matter who were playing.

Just talking to a saints ST holder. Said may not have renewed it this season and picked a few games if knew Koeman was off. Struggled to buy ST money wise etc.
Really worried about their next boss.

Someone like Koeman will make a big difference in the big games we used to bottle. Experience that Moyes and Martinez don't have
