Apart from his stint with Valencia in 2007 (who under him won their first copa del rey that year since 1999) I think he's done well wherever he's gone.
He's a huge improvement on Moyes and Martinez. Experience in Europe at the highest level. Southampton sold every Tom, [Poor language removed] and Harry and he still got results and brought in some very good players. We have better players at Everton, I'm sure he'll bring them on another level and add quality with Moshi's backing. From the outside looking in, he's a very good addition to the club
