Ross Barkley joins Chelsea, er, Villa on loan

I can't stand this average footballer but, to be fair, he's had a great game so far in his new role at Chelsea. He's looked solid every time the cameras have caught him and he's not misplaced a single pass.
He does seem a little off the pace however but he should last the full ninety minutes based on what I've seen so far.

Bitter Everton fans again..
I hope Ross goes on and fulfills the potential everybody knows he has.... he's got all the tools in his locker to be a top top player
agreed mate, I still enjoy watching stones play, and will still enjoy ross playing, as I'm not so bitter and pathetic that my objective opinion of someone as footballer changes because they make a decision that upsets me, good to see there are some like minded lads about

Bit harsh mate, everyone is different and will view things in a different way. I have only had a few issues down the years when people choose to leave Everton. Gosling shat on us but he was crap anyway so no big loss, Moyes' comments after leaving and winding down his contract didn't help how I view him. However none shafted us as much as Barkley did, not signing a bumper contract, not saying he wanted to leave when he obviously did. Different managers appealing for him to stay, so he couldn't blame it on one person. All this from a supposed Evertonian!

If he had left for 30M in the summer I don't think we would have felt half as bad and maybe our opinions would be fair enough go on and better yourself and try and win a few pots. He didn't like the competition we brought in here so god knows what he is going to do there. So screw him, like he screwed us.
