Don't think midfield is an area you need to improve on.

We only see the best of him when he's not taxed too much to get behind the ball and press all game.

He wouldn't work in a 442 if Carlo plans to stick with that. Unless he played off the striker.

I turned on for a bit after the first goal and I was quietly impressed by RB picking up the ball and driving forward with it and then selecting a decent pass. Then in the space of a couple of minutes he dropped his usual clangers (that useless shot after getting clean through for one) and then I saw the replay for the goal. Lucky he didn't sky that over, just because it hits the frame and happens to bounce back to Giroud does not count as an assist in my book. That was one hell of a miss from him.
