It's an entire forum thread.

Basically starts as a bunch of Wednesday fans giving Barkley grief before people with a sensible head on their shoulders step in and tell them to behave.

His set pieces were bad but he looked a cut above in actual play apparently.

As I've said about 10 times in this thread, we've sent him on loan to a bunch of no-hopers at a lower level, so I'm not surprised he looks sub-par next to the dross he's teamed with and I wouldn't be surprised if getting thumped week in, week out by better teams hurts his development.

Yeah, cos its not as if the Everton team he was playing for is losing every week.

STUBSS OUT

Hes a young lad learning the game, thankfully hes learning it away from the Everton 1st team and he can make all his mistakes for Wednesday, come back a better player.

At his age he needs games, defeats wont hinder his progress, but sitting on Evertons bench would.

Are Sheffield Wednesday really as bad as people are making out? They're on the same points as Leeds aren't they?

How well were Derby doing when Leon Osman was there anyway?

Sheffield Wednesday are newly promoted and have probably the worst squad of those who came up.

When Osman went to Derby, two years earlier they were in the Premier League, and the season he was there they finished 4th in the Championship.
 
Sounds like he came in for some serious stick from the fans for his corners. They do know he's 18 and new to the league don't they ffs?

That was the following season, by which time Osman was playing a key part in us finishing 4th. The season he was at Derby, they stayed up by one point.

Pretty much this.*




Wednesday will finish comfy mid table as there are far worse sides in the championship. Dave Jones is a seasoned championship manager so he'll keep them in the division
