I was at the Wednesday game last night, Ross had a very quiet game but it wasn't all his fault because Wednesday were awful throughout, the first 45 minutes passed him by as Wednesday by passed the midfield altogether and to be fair Ross looked a bit nervous with the few touches he did get.

Second half he improved made some nice passes but didn't look as convincing as he did playing for us, all in all though its a team game and Wednesday were awful he was never gonna shine in this game.

The Championship in a nutshell that.

This has always been my problem with this loan.

Arguably, the bigger problem is that they're newly promoted & quite sh*te, which means Ross will be with moral-shot relegation fodder for a month.

I don't think he's learning anything from this myself that wouldn't be learned 10x more effectively with training at Everton but hey hum, we'll see.

Of course he learning, he been thrown in the deep end, and will he sink or swim.

No chance. He's been playing regular reserves for a while, training with the 1st team... So when he goes to play a full game in a lower division and doesn't stand out in a average team, it says a lot about how much he learns in just training.

No one asking him to win games on his own but he need to be PART of the team, that why he on loan, to learn out to be an important team player, who can get stuck in and make an impact.

I am realistic, I just think writing him off after 1 and a half games for an awful Championship side isnt.

Was pointing out that he'll learn more on loan than in training.

Feller at work watched him last night. He wasn't very complimentary put it that way. The words "he's **** and he only passes it backwards" were thrown about.

Early days like but you hope that him "learning" the game doesn't hold back the raw talent which could happen
