I'd like to see if there's a difference in Jelavics game with a different style of player behind him. IMO we're relying a little bit too much on Mo and his chest. I think we should be playing through teams more and looking to use his movement better thajn we are.

Naismith is the obvious choice, but if it's not him I'd go for Barkley.

"Because of the injuries, we needed to get him back in and around the squad. Ideally, I'd have liked to have left him there longer, to get more games. But if I don't get him the games I want, I'll probably look to send him back out on loan in the New Year.

"But we'll see how he does here. We need him to be in and around. It's really important that we keep his development going. From what I've seen, he has matured and come on a little bit with the games he's had at Sheffield Wednesday."
