If Barkley comes back and does ok in whatever role or capacity he plays , and with having Hitzlsperger , maybe moyes will re think this high wage contract on the ageing already but now even worse crocked neville, its not like we have money to throw around or waiste is it , that money would be better used bringing someone in to spruce things up in january. . i know he`s daveys best mate but time to take the rose tinted specs of and move on much quicker on this type of thing.

You'd think that is the plan as that's the posistion he played for Wednesday and where moyes has played him. I don't think he's seen as an ACM in moyes eyes.

Not sure how moyes will set up this weekend tbh. I don't think there's any chance Barkley and ossie will start CM. More likely hitzleberger and ossie with Naismith ACM off jelavic, pienaar left and maybe a game for Ross on the right???

Gibson should be back on the bench this weekend and fellaini back next week so going forward I think Ross will have to make do with the bench. However after his stint at sheff wed I expect he will now see his fair share of minutes from the bench as apposed to sitting on it never getting on...

CM if he's abit more dynamic than Osman, which shouldn't be that hard, then Ithink he should be phased in as the season goes on.

He has to get games now or this loan will have been a lot less useful than it should have been.
