What will it take for you mods just to ban Damon?

There's a difference between having an unpopular opinion and having a hard-on for being a bad apple contrarian who does nothing but disrespect and belittle other members and cause frustration and bad tempers wherever he goes.

I put him on ignore but sadly that feature is pretty useless when everyone's arguing with him in every [Poor language removed] thread, quoting him along the way.

Go on mods, just ban him. You know you want to. Let him go to kipper or something. He belongs there. x

Is there any chance of just ignoring everything he writes? Or, if you must reply, don't quote him.

Yeah its actually just unpleasant now. I come on here to discuss things with people and, yes, I can sometimes get in heated debates, but he is a different story. It's not even a debate - he's clearly trolling and delighting in the "fuming" he creates.

As I said before, I found it mildly funny how narrow minded he is bit its actually ruining GOT for me now as I log on and this helmet is right there antagonizing again.

I put him on ignore which at first seemed all right but of late there seems to be a ridiculous amount of arguments going on with Damon. A stupid amount of threads just get derailed like this one because of him.

And I realise it takes two to tango but in every case the other person(s) puts forward a good case and tries to argue their points while he just uses his crappy diversion tactics and patronises them.

I'd have no problem with the lid if he could stop being so obnoxious. And maybe treat other posters with a bit of respect, something which he himself has been awarded far, far too much of. Give some back like.
 
The thing is he's not just a strong minded, opinionated lad who gets overagitated sometimes.

I think he actually takes pleasure from the fact he's a massive tit.

He's a troll. How one earth can that be construed as anything else?

Can we please add a word filter so every time "Owen Coyle" is typed it changes to "Matt Damon is an egotistical prat who didn't get enough attention as a child?"
 
bit off topic, but I was playing poker in the circus casino in town on sunday night and he was standing in reception for ages. must have been debating whether to have a flutter
