And it's not ridiculous at all. A game of football is a game of football. Sure, doing something at a higher level on a regular basis is more important, but if you have raw talent then you have raw talent - and he's already shown he can do it at the top level over 90 minutes at the tender age of 17; even when out of position.
To say Barkley couldn't be a decent option off the bench is just as stupid as someone saying he should be definitely in the first team. It indicates a desire to just write him off at all costs rather than a desire to sensibly discuss the pros and cons of using him in the first team.
Then what's the point in the u21 fixtures if not to prove yourself as an potential option?
Where are the reps located mate?Copy and paste the reps he left you in the reputation thread mate, it might be Snidey or it might be the work of Jargerman.
Of course, but you can't bring the winning goal that won you an Under 21 match off the bench to win you the game in a Premier League match. It isn't an 'option' that you can put on the field, it's a historic event which happened in a separate match.

If you click settings at the top of the page you can see them.
Sometimes a fraudulent Snidey will leave negs in the style of the webbed wonder but they can normally be spotted.

No, but I can look at the current option of bringing Naismith off the bench, and think why couldn't there be something better. And there is.
You referred to an event in a previous match, played at a different level, as being an option to bring off the bench, which is ridiculous. He's come off the bench before, and failed to impress.
If you really believe that I have even remotely written him off than I don't think you have been paying attention to what I have been writing. I've repeatedly said that I don't think he is ready for the first team yet, yet being the operative word.
Moyes doesn't play him for a reason, and he didn't set the Championship on fire when he was there with Wednesday. This doesn't mean that I've written his entire career off. I just maintain that he nowhere near ready at the moment.
