I'd just be happy if he was coming on from the bench. I don't think he's prob ready to start. Neville is a bad example because they play different roles. And as a fan not a PL manager you can't argue really that Fellaini is used as ACM (it has worked a lot) but from the bench Barkley needs to be coming on...
Whether that's replacing a knackered looking ossie or moving Fellaini back in games and putting Ross ACM were just at a stage it HAS to be done more.

run of games or a season to show what you can do.
