Indeed, but you did respond with equally strong language and intent.
It doesn't make the provocation valid, but it does mean you can't take the high ground when all is said and done.
I do the same as you on occasion to be honest; if you respond calmly you win the war and they can't antagonise you. If you respond with "clueless" and such, you're on a hiding to nothing.
So in that respect I agree with Brennan etc. but where I differ is that I think the initial provocation is uncalled for.
He should be getting some time at least as a sub. He's nervous on the pitch and game time will allow him to settle.

He was good in his cameo against Wigan though. So I'd like to see him get more minutes as the season draws to a close, especially if we lose a few and the season is definitely finished earlier than it could be.
I think he's at the stage were he needs games, and Moyes has recognised that too. I'd rather it was at Everton where he gets that experience.
We just don't know that yet. I think he could be even better to be honest. But none of us have seen enough of him consistently to be sure.

Moyes sees him on a daily basis - but he obviously doesn't think he's ready yet. If your good enough, your good enough, the lad obviously has a few character flaws that need tweaking.
