Ross Barkley

Daves opinion isn't based on Ross and his ability its all nonsense click bait based around his Martinez delusion and difficulty to get past it, that aside I dont think anyone hates Ross, but he isnt making it easy by running a contract down like this. They also might not see him as being good enough to play for Everton at the level they want us to be at, but Ross could easily sort this by signing the contract or putting in a transfer request, he has done neither.
Lukaku to his credit has been totally open for ages, theres no reason why Ross cant do the same apart from greed
Thats harsh - like I stated we will miss him when or if he moves on reading some of the post on here I would be off myself so called fans - so fickle hey ho!

There you go, Lukaku has made his feelings quite clear, but he has 2 years left, not the same as Ross at all.
No he has flaunted himself at other clubs - no moans about him never mind the two years -turned down the best ever wages to an everton player but in your eyes that's ok??????????????????
if he stays as the asking price is high he may run his contract down too!

Why did he wash our laundry in public on Sky news before the season ended giving Ross ultimatums not seen any ultimatums given publicly to any players at at our club ever until then!
Also RK should not get embroiled in player contracts it's not his job
For me Klassen is only able to complement Ross not replace him!
You misunderstand me the length remaining on his contract is far from koemans fault.

It should have been sorted long before he arrived.

I dont think ayone would miss him mate, seriously, short memory football fans, next season if he has gone and we are making a real push for top 4 nobody will give him a second thought. On the other hand if we are mid table then maybe so but I really cant see the progress Koeman has made over the last 12 months grinding to a halt because of the loss of 2 players neither of who really want to play for Everton/Koeman anyway

The way we are going we will be in the bottom 8!
The koeman way - delboy playing well wont come back - Ross cannot sign a contract as he has been blamed for farting in the dressing room - who have we signed as yet- two players -Deadwood like Stek, and Barry still there!
two players in midfield a crocked Mccarthy and a crocked Besic ???????
we need 6 players in and at least 4 out of the deadwood mentioned!

RK did not make a fuss about Lukaku not signing or give ultimatums , and he has been downright more public about moving on far more than Ross who has held his dignity in all this mess!!
But lukaku has 2 years left on his contract, that is the difference between him and Ross. As for koeman' comments regarding the contract, what exactly has he said that is wrong. If he doesn't sign a new improved contract that the club has offered him, they will not allow him to run his contract down and leave for free. But he is entitled to do that, people will say. Well he is and that is where the club is at fault, as a new contract should have been offered earlier.

The board deal with players contracts =Fact!

I didnt say it was ok.

Im just saying you cant compare Lukakus situation with Ross at all.

Player's prerogative no way should it have been ultimatums or made public - not the everton way ok!
if he is awkward you sell then explain why!

'not the Everton way' ? is there an Everton rule book for someone stalling on their contract renewal when there is an obvious time limit that would cost the club money? not the player's prerogative at all...he's contracted to Everton, not the other way round

I don't know how you can possibly come to that conclusion.
Del - has not been a regular under any club manager he has played for, koeman gave him a chance beginning of the season and he didn't take it.
Barkley- I agree koeman was wrong to publicly criticise him, beginning of the season and koeman himself admitted that. However koeman is not wrong to suggest he will be sold if he doesn't sign a new contract.

i hope he stay. Him and Lukaku. What ever he does, he has my full support. where ever he end up, i will be following him, as a fan.
