Such a sad case all round. Ross has all the tools to become one of the greatest players of this era. I think I remember one of the members of the youth team setup saying he could place the ball exactly where he wanted it and could score just as well on his weaker foot. Trouble is we get to see this once in a while when he plays in the first team, though we saw when properly motivated and with a point to prove he can do it. He probably should be hitting dare I say slippy style numbers with that much talent.

We are scared to let him go because he could suddenly turn into the player we hoped he'd be, but at the moment he looks way off and by his age he should really be on it already.
