Anyone know who his agent is.
Footballers only seem to do what the agent says these days.there must be a move lined up or he would have signed by now.
But i still hope he stays.

You are chatting absolute guff.

So by not signing a contract, in your mind he has made Koeman look a clown?
Wouldn't call it guff, he's basically heard what Koeman has said and looks happy enough to run his contract down.

We'll lose out on a transfer fee all because Koeman had some massive ego trip.

@davek has alluded to this many times. People say no player is bigger than the club, this should also be relevant to managers.

Am I the only person who isn't bothered that Lukaku and, probably Barkley have gone? I know Rom looked fed up half the time but a lot of that was down to Ross dithering and not seeing him in space, but it's his dismissive attitude to Blues' fans that got me. As for Ross, he's too inconsistent and frustrates the hell out of me.

He gets asked all the time about Barkley, I think this is one of those situations where he cannot do right for doing wrong. The fans ask for transparency, he gives it and gets slated for it?

I am afraid the buck stops at Barkley here IMO.

Scouser / boyhood blue and all that, bailing out on the club because he either thinks he is worth more than the contract on offer is worth, or isn't prepared to stay and fight for his place, or simply does not get on with the manager. Whichever one it is, he is prepared to turn his back on the club at potentially the most exciting time in the clubs recent history. Pretty much sums up his career thus far to be honest and his game.

Further indisputable evidence:

Paul Martin (Wasserman Media Group)
US-based Wasserman is one of the most powerful sports agencies in the world. Their ever-expanding empire saw them buy the SFX management firm in 2006, ensuring their influence crossed over even more from NFL to football.

Past Blues clients have included Tim Cahill, Landon Donovan and Jack Rodwell.

Ross Barkley

Paul Martin is one of their top executives and guides the career of Ross Barkley .

Martin, who also represents John Stones, is low-profile but highly influential in the game

Paul Martin works for Wasserman, Wasserman (if not originally, but some facet of it) was founded by Koeman's agent Rob Jansen.

Yep.
