He's a playmaker. He can't "make the play" if nobody is supporting an attack. He has no.options whatsoever.

People are moaning about him not defending, when the reality is he shouldn't be.

Cleverley didn't play on the wing. He played a more central role, dropping Barkley back and nullifying his effectiveness. He's not as effective there and would've been so much more influential up top. That dam catalan clown's allergy to two wingers has really hampered us this time.
