Ross and Koeman clearly don't get on. I think it's more than a shame to be losing Ross and I personally think are business has been disappointing. Fells like we are ****** it up. I might be wrong, I hope so.

To be fair, it's exciting for us as we're buying target quick.

Outside looking in, we've bought solid players but sold our best.

Get the impression, koeman isn't the best man manager, but commands the respect of the players, due to his standing in the game. He seems the type who doesn't suffer fools gladly. Whereas Martinez was a I think a good man manager, the players certainly seemed to like him, but ultimately he lost their respect and we all know what happened. I guess it getting the happy medium between the two.
His public criticism of Ross at the beginning of last season was wrong, but he publicly announced that he was wrong in doing so. Koeman has very high standards and I think at times he maybe needed an 'arm round the shoulder approach'. But saying that it is was alledgedly Koeman took the time to sit with Ross on a 1 to 1 basis to watch his performances and guide him. It's just sad a talented Evertonian wants to leave Everton at this time when there is so much positivity around the club.

They did their best stuff as a counter attacking force and getting behind the ball...that was the season we conceded 39 goals, btw.

I wish he would have, tbh. Either that or got rid of the bottling trash in the squad still here and then demanded cash from the board of the day to replace them.
