What a sensible way to run a club. Offer decent but not extortionate wages as a basic, but greater incentives to win games. If all clubs adopted a similar strategy, fans wouldn't have to pay the prices that they do, to fund mercenaries and sub standard players earning fortunes on the pitch.
Heads off to the Williams thread..

C I can't be arsed with people making up explanations for him. He's so obviously not arsed about the club and it's supporters.

If you lot want to give him a clap when he comes back for Tottenham go ahead but he stopped being an Everton player and an Evertonian in my eyes the day Koeman confirmed he wanted off.

Another Rooney as far as I see it. He thinks he's bigger than the club.

His statement after deadline day was two fingers up to everyone involved with the club. He's called Moshiri a liar and that was the only thing he actually wanted to clarify to the public. Says it all for me.

Rubbish, head in the sand post.

The away lot are decent, but home crowd only REALLY got behind him with flags etc when steven gerrard and other media started to point out what utter bells our fans had been to him, a joke realiy....and he carried all the pressure.

Team lost....ross is to blame....not the other 10 on the pitch.

Only Gana was even close to this mythical "consistancy" standard blues demanded. No player under 25 in attack mid position in prem delivers every game ffs.

Someone pointed out on here, last season in this so called poor season, he got 9 man of the match awards on the forum, and another 10 he was in the top 3. Thats about half the games he was one of the best on the pith....thats 1 in 2 being good....

Deary me.....what's with the Titty-lip? There's nothing in that post that says anything about his form ON the pitch, simply a view on whether he came under pressure or not.
I'd say Ashley Williams is under much more pressure than Ross ever was from the crowd....

Ross was and still is our best player. I'd drop Koeman immediately, and sell three quarters of the squad if it meant the lad would have a change of heart and sign back with us. He has been our entire creative force. Rom banged in the goals as he is a boss finisher, but Ross pulled the strings. The lad has been this squad's heart beat, and without him the whole lot look trash. They have no purpose to their passing or offensive strategy. All of our signing have been nice role players that provide value in their area of specialty; except Wayne, bin him immediately. None of our signings have the capability to take over a game though. Ross brings that to the table.
Really?

How? How can Koeman be driving him out, you can only drive soneone out that wants to be here

But has he? He cant play until the next window for anyone because he is injured, all he has done is hang back a few months so he can get an even better deal

If someone wants to drive me out with the Clubs most lucrative ever contract I'm all ears...get the keys

Respect your stance here J, even if I do disagree. A man gotta have a code.
