The price.Surely Spurs won't fancy Ross?
He's too slow for them. They want quick passing types.

Can’t wait to see him back on the pitch tearing it up in Royal Blue.

I wish him luck at his next club.
Garlands.
Great post. You sum it up very well.Bottom line with Ross is that Everton play better with him in the team than without him, and it's been that way for the last 4 years. We have missed him this season more than any other player, apart from arguably Seamus had it not been for Jonjo's form.
He's not going to become the world class player some of us hoped he would earlier in his career, but he's still only 24 and if he recovers fully from this injury, just finding a higher degree of consistency will still make him one of the best attacking midfielders in the league. Sadly, it now seems certain he won't be applying those skills with us. Despite what many on here say, he will find plenty of playing time should he go to either Spurs or Chelsea. It will be a sad moment for me as he should have been taking us on to another level. He'll no doubt get roundly booed on his future visits to Goodison, but I'm sure he'll get used to it
Thank you sir. But there'll be plenty in here who'll disagree with you and I. There's at least 3 that come to mind immediately.Great post. You sum it up very well.

But I can't remember the last time we played really good football without Ross at the centre of things pulling the strings. Can you?
and another 18 months of his career will pass by before he signs for Bournmouth/Stoke, such a waste.Hope he goes to Chelsea, what lunatic if he thinks he would start a game when Fabergas is gaurenteed a start.
He’s being used as cattle buy low sell high, I see the dizzy heights of a career at Bourmouth or Stoke in his future.
If he leaves it’s all he deserves.
File under what a player he could have been.
There is a wool map on here somewhere mate! @chicoazulSomeone should make one of them.
I would but it's full of your [Poor language removed].Get in the skip.
Both player and club would be mad not to.
I almost hope it is City just to see exactly whether he does have the potential most of is think he does.
But in reality I've got to the point I now don't care.
