I bet the Chelsea fans aren't too excited they're signing him, he's going to have to step it up big time to become anything other than a bit part player for them. Honestly think Fellaini and Arteta where better and more consistent players in their own right for Everton than what Barkley has achieved so far and neither of them had too much of an impact at Man Utd /Arsenal respectively. I think the lads going to find it difficult to make himself a first team starter regularly there over a long period of time. We'll find out anyway.

Ross Barkley underwent a medical at Chelsea’s training ground in Cobham last night and his move to the Premier League champions could be confirmed later today understand the player and his representatives are at Stamford Bridge at present, finalising a deal.
He is absolute SH this lad.
