Aren't adverts weird?

I have watched the whole tournament but have absolutely no urge to visit Qatar or wear some Strauss workwear (I already frequent Lidl from time to time)

With modern tech they should be able to localize the adverts. If there was one saying "fancy a chip barm from the chippy round the corner" I may be tempted by that.

My favourite inappropriate football adverts were during the pandemic lockdowns. 'Visit Rwanda' plastered all over the Emirates and other grounds holdings. Hopeful!

Players should be retroactively carded for faking head injuries. That was embarrassing. Hardly touched and goes down holding his face. Awful refereeing and awful play acting.

I hate that he managed us (and badly) as everyone used to hate him anyway but I always thought he was boss and a fantastic player.

Now I just hate him like everybody else.

Not to compliment Koeman but this style suits him more than Klopps did. Apparently that Slot fella is supposed to be Klopp mk2 so we’ll see what that looks like.

I've been booted off the tv, so jumped onto a stream - BBC coverage - been on it, maximum five minutes and Danny Murphy is making the same "last orders" joke that he made in the only other few minutes of BBC coverage I caught.

Who is signing and paying these people?
