Been really blown away by their incredible progress since the last Quarter final when they played Wales and one of the France players decided a Wales player desperately needed free dental work via a strong elbow to the chops.
but yeah I have soft spot for them
Then if not France then Ireland is next... sorry old sport that's the way it crumbles
But yeah either way would love to a northern hemisphere team win it (except the obvious)

Expect Wales to slowly crush Argentina, it'll be a battle till they tire and the Wales speed of handling and the wide lads to run in late first half, and about halfway through second half. Just watch the penalties.
Then the big one, the shining Emerald Greens of Ireland against the All Blacks. The only thing we want to flow more than the rugby is the ale. Nervy one this, NZ will have a specialist kicker in and if Ireland gift opportunities away like against SA they'll be under huge points pressure. Ireland to nick it. Just.

If Ireland play how they have been then they should go through fine, if they choke just the slightest amount and NZ are on it then it could be heartbreak again. Fine margins and should be a great game.
I didn't expect Wales to be in any position to even think about a semi so I don't have any expectations. What will happen will happen and hopefully that allows me to enjoy the game without the swearing and pulsing veins.
Stands to reason that either side from quarter final 2 will beat the winner from the first 9 times out of 10 so there's another reason to be calm if it's all going to pot.
