It isnt...it was crap airline company and they have had numerous little accidents lately. putin is acting again...all this like it would be some one elses fault but their own.

It's a traditional seasonal Russian residence found outside the main Russian metropolises: basically a second home for city dwellers.

Russian families who live(ed) in the cities would, or still do, often travel out to their Dacha to fish or hunt for a few weeks or months a year.
