I'd say none of them will ever amount to anything at Everton, in all honesty.
I'd like to be proved wrong, but I don't think I will be.
Someones gonna dredge up this post in 5 years when Lundstram is Everton captain, aren't they?
Lads give him a couple of years yeah?
I have doubts on the ones in bold. But not much actual info to go on, and of course I hope you are correct.
Micky Saville.
mikey doesn't need a couple of years. he gets older, but the kids stay the same age
From what I have seen and heard of Kennedy...He looks like he can make it...Don't know about the others though like
I am genuinely annoyed that everyone's saying I'm a nonce actually
There's some things you just don't call people, even in jest, and that's one of them
From memory you have been pretty accurate with out yout before.
Don't like to give it the bigguns and pretend I know everything, but there's lots of indicators you can use; their youth upbringing at 16-17-18 years old, their physical stature, mental decision making, technical skills.
Duffy isn't comfortable with the ball, he's slow, immobile, but great height and a good header. He isn't composed enough.
Browning, I'm not sure why they like him so much to be brutally honest. Was an average rightback for the U18s, good athlete, poor technical skills for a fullback; crossing, dribbling etc. Was tormented by Raheem Sterling a couple of times. Again like Duffy, doesn't make the right decisions as often as he should. He's in the same year group as Stones/Barkley..... you can see the difference yourself.
Garbutt is an excellent attacking fullback, good technique, wonderful dead ball skills as he's shown for Cheltenham and Colchester(?) but he just isn't the greatest defender, switches off, poor marker.
Kennedy is a good dribbler, fairly quick and decent finisher, but his teamwork needs improving a lot, selfishness isn't so bad when you're Ronaldo, but when you don't have the skills like him, attempting to take on 4 men and doing a Jimmy McFadden just exposes you as a poor player.
Lundstram has a the passing and the vision, and the stamina and workrate to boot, but you could watch a game where you won't notice he's on the pitch if you believe what a lot of his loan club fans say.
