Sack Race 20/21

I wish he was back at the Etihad with Pep.
Our form has fell off a cliff since he left.
With the squad you have and the massive amount of money you have available, you will soon be back in 2nd place (that's if your quest to win the champions league doesn't get in the way?)

Is it just me or is this really really late for a sacking? December essentially.

Maybe they can’t really afford it?

or the sides “down there” are loyal to their managers.

Can’t see Sheff Utd or Burnley parting with their managers, and Shahid Khan seems weirdly supportive of Parker, considering he slagged him off.

At ten fixtures in, we're basically at November 1st of a normal season.

The thing that's interesting is that 15th place is as far ahead of the relegation places as they are behind first. (Granted, Burnley and Fulhan have games in hand, but it's not like they're likely to do much with them.)

It gets very hard to climb the table when you spot that many clubs a decent head start, as some of them annoyingly pick up points every week. It's already apparent that the bottom four clubs are going to be in a tight relegation scrap, yet none of them have made a managerial change. That's unusual.

When are they gunna put ole gunner out his misery? Any manager or human for that matter with a brain cell would sub fred at half time, it not like hes a world beater anyway.. what do you gain from keeping him on?

Headache free ownership. He is a pawn for the Glazers and Woodward, who prioritise revenue over success

They have morphed into the old Arsenal.
Top 4 CL qualification and all is well. The money
keeps rolling in and the 152.7 million 'social media connections'
keep subscribing and buying the tat that they sell. The minute Ole
fails to keep them in the top 4 then he's toast.

Ole will be gone if they drop out of the Champions League but between now and then they face West Ham away so unless they get complete tonked I'd say they are safe for now.

Wilder has to be favourite with 1 point from 10 games.

The article, I think, severely misconstrues what Solskjaer said...but those are the words of a manager that knows he's a dead man walking and that the next poor run of form will finish him (unless he delivers silverware first).

The question is whether he'll be the first one to go. Assuming that Fulham loses the next two, I think Parker goes if they lose to Brighton. Wilder could go one match sooner after Southampton. There's no way United makes a move before Tuesday, but a loss Tuesday probably would be fatal. A historic loss could sink any of them, though I can't see United asking someone to manage a crucial CL fixture on 2-3 days' notice even if Moyes hangs ten on them tomorrow.

Even Arteta could put Solskjaer's six-fixture thesis to the test if they get shelled.
