Doubt big Sam would take a 6 month deal. He would probably want an 18 month deal and knows he has West Brom over a barrel as they are desperate.

he will do a great job
They already don`t want him.
They already know exactly the type of industrial, no shots on target footy they are going to get.
Their eyes will bleed.
He will popcorn them at every opportunity.
The dislike will turn to raw hatred, even if he keeps them up.
Just remembered what Bilic said about the fat man a few years ago and its cracked me up
"The players will respect him. He’s a big man. He’s Big Sam. You see him on the television, he fills the screen. You are looking for the board with the sponsors names behind. Where have they gone? You can’t see them."

While it often seems as if Jurgen Klopp has the Premier League trademark on Charisma, this does a disservice to West Ham manager Slaven Bilic. Bilic was probabl...www.balls.ie
Is there a video of this anywhere? Chortling away here.
agree with all that - but he'll keep them up
I feel for them, wonder if the garden Gnome will be joining him ?Maybe, but he`s onto a loser already with the fans.
The only plus point for him, is that there won`t be that many in the ground to boo him. ( not that he cares )
They shouldn't be that bad going forward but they're only not among the lowest scorers because they got to play Chelsea before Kepa got benched and scored 3 goals on 3 shots to start the game that day. Big Sam won't fix that but they're hoping he will at the other end.I'd argue that they're not that bad going forward, they've got decent players up there, who admittedly are not all Premier League Standard (ala Sawyers) but Diangana and Perreira are good players, and I actually don't think Grant is up top, but will always struggle with a poorer side (look how he did at Huddersfield compared to what they had).
Still, is that Bilic fault? He can only work with the budget he's given Think Pereira, Diangana and Grant were a total of £24m (Grant is pay £3m a year for 5 years). Meanwhile Sheffield United have spent over £50m.
I understand your point, but for Bilic, they sold Hegazi from under his nose without permission and gave him no money. What's he supposed to do?
