Sack Race 20/21

They shouldn't be that bad going forward but they're only not among the lowest scorers because they got to play Chelsea before Kepa got benched and scored 3 goals on 3 shots to start the game that day. Big Sam won't fix that but they're hoping he will at the other end.

And yes West Brom haven't made it easy on Bilic. And like Sheffield United they could have stuck it out even if they get relegated (I think they are with Wilder anyway). So maybe it isn't all the way fair but I do think the performances are bad enough.
Has any club ever had so few points after 12 games? We tried to do it once I know. No way they can survive from this position surely?

Not sure about the record but no I don't think they'll survive. However like Burnley with Dyche I think they will play the longer game with Wilder.

maybe for only 1 freaking pt in 12 matches, their GD isn't all that bad. They lost so many matches by 1 goal. So there is a path out but its closing quickly. Of the suspects above WBA and Fulham that could be caught in a relegation fight: Burnley, but they've been here before and usually end up midtable. Brighton (unlikely, they seem decent) and Leeds (most likely if they start giving up 4 goals a match).

I agree the did go against Kepa, and Callum Robinson was never your answer, but when he’s just a swap, you take it, his work rate will get them some points.

Big Sam coming in will change it all. He’ll be bringing the cheque book out, which makes me confused as they wouldn’t do that with Bilic (why else would he take the job?), and he’ll be sticking to ultra defensive and get points off your Newcastles, Brighton, Burnley’s and probably Everton too tbf, and do enough to stay off.

madly useless, wouldn’t be surprised to see Tosun end up there.

With Sam in charge they're the team I most want to go down.

And hopefully we won't be losing to them. It's one of the perks of having someone like James.
