Yeah you could be right. I just meant I don't expect there to be any real benefit this season in the short term

I know it's well early but are there any good candidates you'd like to see in the dugout?

Can you not find someone to both make some changes short term and be a longer term option? Or just can the short term guy in May?

I know Vieira was supposed to be long term but it was one of those where it reached a point where the long term direction got a little too hard to see.
 

He had to go. If in this bad run we had created a bit and given the big sides a real game then maybe you'd have confidence we'd make the most of our winnable run but we've looked the most toothless since promotion, I genuinely have no idea what we're doing on the ball. It all depends on who we get in but honestly I think Pat could have gone weeks ago, even if we'd have been slaughtered by the media for it
