Too many of the British managers still think you can get away with whacking crosses into a big man up top who is holding the ball up for the rest of the team. Well the game has changed a fair bit over the last 10 years and you need to have a lot more about you as a manager and as a team. Players are so fit and move about so much and are tactically so aware that the average manager needs a much wider skillset these days imo, managers need to be able to build/setup a team that can offer it up from all angles.
