SACK THE BOARD

12 Days gone since we survived, the fans sang SACK THE BOARD, we all wanted change,
What we know 12 Days later, we release Mina Begovic and Townsend
We retain Coleman Davies and Longergan (40 years of age) so Dyche can put his 2 Keepers on the bench
We will probably End up selling Branthwaite and Mills, then loan Cannon out again.

Who is making these decisions on the playing side as it is not filling me with confidence.

This club is a complete mess from top to bottom

Just on Graeme Sharp, I think he’s been used as a human shield by Kenwright, which is a despicable way in itself to treat our greatest post war goalscorer, and second only to Dean in the all time records.

I see it both ways, I feel for him, but equally I question why he took it to begin with?

He was brought in by Kenwright, and had the cushiest of jobs within the club. Why wouldn’t you just keep your self clean and continue to be adored by thousands.

Mates or no mates, just feels like short minded acceptance of role.

The bloke is not very bright and probably saw it as just reward for years of defending the Board on the radio phone-in.

Being offered a sinecure like that on big money is hard for anyone to refuse.

However anyone with an ounce of integrity would not have spouted his anti-fan comments. Indeed his appalling “one man and his dog” comment was long before he was on the Board and was an early indication of the contempt he feels for us riff-raff.

Good riddance to him, hope he never comes back to Goodison (and this is from someone who adored him as a player).

Sharp brought it on himself I'm afraid mate

He could have done the honourable thing and resigned from the board after Headlockgate, but he decided to keep riding the gravy train

I have very little sympathy for him at this time
