Tosun hasn't got a bad record in Turkey. I would agree that Rondon has had a better career overall but they're both slow strikers who are decent at finishing. Both probably aren't good enough for the premier league.

Tosun is a lightweight, at his best.

Rondon looks fit now. God, he is slow but awful strong and can score, rarely.

He's a unit and doesn't get pushed around - fine for hold-up play and brute-force goals - I hope that builds his confidence a bit.
